Refund policy

At this time, Ari and Ash Co do not offer returns or refunds. Reasoning being, all products are made to order especially for you.

If there is product damage, please contact us within 30 days of delivery date. We do not cover return shipping. The item(s) must be sent as received and pictures may be required. 

Please also keep in mind, we do not offer exchanges.

Ari and Ash Co is not responsible for stolen packages and will not be refunded or replaced. If a package is missing, please contact your local post office and they will be able to assist.
